Melissa is a licensed social worker who has worked as a medical social worker and a non-profit manager for more than 30 years. Having partnered with NCC through shared community work, Melissa jumped at the opportunity to work within the agency as the Survivorship Programs Director. This role of working collaboratively with organizations and agencies matched with direct service as a patient navigator is the perfect combination. Away from work, Melissa and her husband love traveling, camping with their dog, cooking and reading.
