Don’t use tobacco.
Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink alcohol in moderation.
Maintain a healthy weight and be physically active. Include at least 30 minutes of physical activity in your daily routine. If you can do more, even better.
Protect yourself from the sun.
Test your home for radon.
Get regular medical care. Talk with your healthcare provider about your cancer risk and when to begin screening for cancer.
