Survivorship Programs Director - Posted February 25, 2026

When people come together and work toward a common cause, great things can happen! Nevada Cancer Coalition (NCC) is just that—partners working together to improve the health of Nevadans by reducing the burden of cancer in our communities.

The Survivorship Programs Director leads NCC’s survivorship and patient navigation work, including oversight of NCC’s statewide community-based patient navigation program, ThriveNV. ABOUT US: NCC is a statewide non-profit organization that is Nevada’s leading resource for comprehensive cancer control. We support healthcare professionals with resources and education, collaborate with partners to develop evidence-based projects and programs, provide outreach for and access to cancer screening and prevention resources, and advocate for policies to improve access to healthcare for all. We are passionate and focused on results, but know how to inject a lot of joy into our workday.

They are detail-oriented and highly reliable, with strong documentation and follow-through skills in grant-funded settings. Equally strategic and practical, they can see the big picture while maintaining strong workflows, data tracking and operational continuity. They are adaptable, solutions-focused and energized by building systems that strengthen survivorship and navigation statewide.
