Northern Nevada HOPES is a patient-centered medical home offering a variety of services in a clinic setting, including women's health exams such as Pap test and clinical breast exams, as well as other types of cancer screening. Wellness and nutrition counseling as well as chronic disease management is also available. The Breast Health Clinic also offers breast health services for uninusured women ages 40 - 49 thanks to a generous donation from Northern Nevada Komen Foundation. Services including breast exams, breast cancer risk education and mammograms. The case management staff can also assist with determining eligibility for Medicaid or other insurance through Nevada Health Link.

Patient Advocate Foundation offers professional patient assistance by telephone, email, or live web chat to those in need that fall under the scope of services offered. Services include co-pay relief, financial aid, case management, and outreach programs.

PAF manages the Komen Treatment Assistance Program Financial Aid Fund offering a one-time grant of $300 to cover some expenses related to breast cancer treatment.

In 2014 PAF opened the first ever Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers, Molecular Biomarker Specific disease silo. This program silo provides direct financial support of pharmaceutical co-payments for insured patients who are unable to afford their costs associated with treatment and personalized therapy specified by molecular biomarker testing.

In late 2014 PAF's received new funding which will allow the Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program to expand its support of patients suffering with Breast Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Hepatitis C, Multiple Myeloma or Myelodysplastic Syndromes.

In 2015 PAF launched the Transportation Financial Aid Fund,  designed to provide transportation relief for patients diagnosed with and in active treatment for either metastatic melanoma or metastatic lung cancer. Approved patients will receive a one-time grant of $300 specifically to be used for transportation purposes as it applies to the patient’s current IV-infused treatment.

Offering therapeutic and lymphatic massage, the licensed therapist at Reno Midtown Massage (Kristine Kadel) is certified in the Pink Ribbon Program for post-operative breast cancer exercise.

Offering therapeutic and lymphatic massage, the licensed therapist at Reno Midtown Massage (Kristine Kadel) is certified in the Pink Ribbon Program for post-operative breast cancer exercise. Her experience/area of expertise includes physical therapy and massage for cancer patients including lymphatic massage involving breast cancer and other lymphedema issues.

Lymph massage is based on alternate pressure and release movements of light stroking. Light compressing movements create a pumping action that encourages the movement of lymph through the lymph vessels.  This massage is best used for cancer patients or post surgical patients who have lymphedema.

Renown Breast Health Center provides 3D Mammography, whole breast ultrasound, diagnostic breast ultrasound, and bone density exams. The Breast Health Center is accredited by the American College of Radiology as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE). Imaging centers achieved this excellence by completing comprehensive assessment of the programs breast screening and diagnostic imaging. The program is also accredited by the American College of Surgeons by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). This program provides patients with evidence based multidisciplinary care.
