Our friends Bill & Rocky at Bella Vista Farm LLC in Minden, Nevada invite you to join us for the first annual Skin Cancer Awareness Day at the Farm, Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This fun-filled event includes live music from local favorites All Hat No Cattle from 11 a.m. to noon, along with a farmer's market and general store, a raffle, and food and drinks.
Be sure to visit the Sun Smart demonstrations and booths which include free sunscreen, a skin analyzer machine, and the farm's UV radiation indicator.
Admission is free, and proceeds benefit Nevada Cancer Coalition's Sun Smart Schools in Douglas County.
Come early for an early bird breakfast from 7 - 10 a.m.
