Wellness Wednesday Community Event

NCC will offer a sunscreen station at this free community event hosted by Dignity Health that includes health activities and wellness stations.  

Morning Activity Schedule

• 7 am - Drive-in coffee and health screening
• 8 am - Morning stretch with positive affirmation
• 8:40 am - CPR demonstration by AMR
• 9 am - High Fitness class
• 10 am - Zumbini

• "Ouchie" station- Free Kid's first aid kits
• Heart Health- Overnight oats demo with free samples
• Cooling station- Cold compress and fruit infused water
• R.E.D Rose- Breast cancer risk assessment and pink donuts
• Maternal Child Health- Crafting station
