You Can Make a Difference in Cancer Support
12 December, 2024
Together with the Cancer Support Community, we are on a mission to improve cancer support for patients, caregivers, and survivors.
But we need your help to do it. You are, after all, the experts when it comes to the emotional, physical, and financial implications of a cancer diagnosis.
Join the Cancer Experience Registry today and share your experience. By completing the survey, you can help change the future of cancer care for this generation, and the next.
The registry is open to any person with cancer as well as any relatives or friends who act, or have acted, as caregivers, and takes about 35 minutes to complete. Your progress will be saved if you wish to complete the survey in more than one sitting.
It just takes 3 easy steps. How to participate:
- Visit https://www.cancerexperienceregistry.org/ncc
- Register as a patient or caregiver
- Take the survey at your own pace
Please consider sharing your insights and making a difference today.
