According to the CDC, "although cigarette smoking has declined significantly since 1964, disparities in tobacco use remain across groups defined by race, ethnicity, educational level, and socioeconomic status and across regions of the country."
The CDC provides this resource to understand disparities among people who use tobacco and offers promising practices to address tobacco use and promote cessation.

National Comprehensive Cancer Network provides these clinical practice guidelines for palliative care.
The purpose of this council is to work with the Nevada Department of Health and Human Services to establish an information and education program and to assess the availability of patient-centered palliative care in Nevada.
NCC has created these screening guidelines cards that can be distributed to patients to provide quick reference on screening guidelines for breast, cervical, colorectal, skin, lung, and prostate cancer. The cards are available for men or women and offered in English and Spanish.
