Advocating for Survivorship Gives Reno Woman Focus
08 August, 2023
Natalie Stevenson is the co-founder of northern Nevada's Cancer Community Clubhouse, a non-profit cancer survivorship organization unlike any other Reno has seen. Stevenson is a metastatic breast cancer thriver and survivorship advocate who saw a need for the services and programs CCC offers, so she rolled up her sleeves to fill the gap.
Stevenson is also an advocate for cancer survivorship programs and their ability to change the lives of people diagnosed with cancer and improve outcomes. She's seen the effects firsthand.
Recently, Stevenson chatted with Jamie Allen Vaughn of the Test Those Breasts podcast. Listen to her episode here and visit the podcast page for helpful links to some of the resources she mentions.
