ACS Updates Guidelines for Cancer Survivors

A cancer diagnosis can make a person feel like they've lost some control over their own body -- a scary experience to be sure. It may also stir up a lot of questions about food choices, physical activity, and what dietary supplements may improve their overall health.

American Cancer Society in March 2022 has updated its guidelines for Nutrition and Physical Activity for Cancer Survivors using the latest scientific evidence and research and reviewed by a panel of experts. The information is intended to give cancer survivors and their families the information needed to make informed decisions about food and physical activity choices.
